The Road to Economic Stability!

Just like me, I am certain that you are frustrated! The national socialistic healthcare “reform” bill was passed and signed amidst massive boiler room deals, arm twisting and against the will of the vast majority of the American people! Half truth speeches have been given by those who are pro to calm our worst fears and to hide what this major entitlement program truly is, a major power grab by our government. Government will have total access to your medical files and it will control what medical care you can or cannot have! Those are just two of the many controversial issues contained in Obama’s health care scam, not to mention the almost $1,000,000,000,000 (trillion) added to the national deficit in the next 10 years and don’t forget that it will take that much time of tax collections for only 6 years of service, and by now you should have a pretty good idea of how this will turn out after that.

So here we are, scratching our heads feeling as though the light at the end of the tunnel has been put out and wondering how we can ever get out of this financial catastrophe! Make no mistake, Obama and Pelosi were not the architects of this debacle, they are following a blueprint for socializing America and eventually the World, drawn up over 100 years ago, which every President and Congress since then, Republican and Democrat, have undoubtedly added to this mess!

The majority of Americans recognize that we cannot continue on this road as this will doom our country, but what is the solution to this dilemma? How do we secure a sound financial future for ourselves and our children? The obvious answer to these questions is to beat the left wing liberals at their own game, followed by a clear and comprehensive yet simple dual plan to get the country back on the right track!

First, we must become united and organized in our combined effort, relentlessly using all available media and resources at our disposal with-out prejudice to effectively persuade with fervor those sitting on the fence and those who just don’t care, starting with our close friends and family that the current order of business must be rescinded and that the country will not and cannot remain on this path to financial annihilation without personal consequences to every single individual and to our way of life!

Second, we must stop all entitlement programs that are bankrupting America and any and all foreign and domestic subsidies!

• Domestic Entitlement Programs.

A Dec, 2005 article on MSNBC noted that Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are three major entitlement programs that singlehandedly consumed nearly half of all federal spending in 2004, accounting for more than $1 trillion in the 2004 budget year, and budget analysts expect them to make up an even bigger share in the future. We all know that anyone who was born after 1965 will not be able to exclusively rely on Social Security or Medicare for a comfortable retirement even if it’s still solvent at that time and we cannot currently and immediately cut these programs as many Americans presently rely on them to maintain a fair albeit budgeted lifestyle; however we could and should establish a specific timeline to end them in 20 years so that anyone retiring after that time should have plenty of time to plan accordingly through a high yield savings account, all taxes now being collected from these individuals should cease and anyone presently receiving these benefits would continue to collect without interruption.

Welfare, stop it immediately, this is simpler than it appears, just get a job! Don’t tell me that you can’t work; you just don’t want to work and I don’t want to support your laziness!

• Foreign Aid and Subsidies

Foreign aid is far from being altruistic; it is a transfer of resources for the benefit and with the intent to influence politically or otherwise the subsidized nation. Foreign aid and subsidies can be divided into two types: Humanitarian and Developmental aid. I have not been able to find exactly how much the US spends annually on foreign aid but I am certain that it is in the billions of dollars, however the way I see it is, U.S. taxpayers are increasingly taxed more and more each year, sending money to foreign countries most of whom “hate” us, simply to advance the politics of whomever is in Office at that time regardless of what those actually paying for this aid really want! This undoubtedly a simplistic view of or the issue but regardless I say we should immediately stop all foreign aid and subsidies for foreign nations. If they need money they should collect it from their citizens, if they need military assistance or food they can buy ours! The only foreign aid that I will support is from the private sector!

Now, how much money do you really think that we will save yearly, simply by doing this? Billions!

Some might say this is simplistic and heartless, but we only have two choices: higher taxes and ever increasing governmental control of your lives in an effort to curb national bankruptcy which is guaranteed if we continue on this course, or the so called “simplistic and heartless” approach to this complicated matter! Should you have better ideas, feel free to comment as presently I am fresh out of complicated solutions!
